A 80 years old male presented with severe bleed per rectum in emergency department of Care Hospital.
A 80 years old male presented with severe bleed per rectum in emergency department of Care Hospital .He underwent sigmoidoscopy .There was massive active bleeding from the lower part of the sigmoid colon. Our lead consultant Dr.Gursewak Singh applied Hemo clip over the active bleeding vessel during the lower GI endoscopy. Hemostatis was achieved immediately and patient was shifted to ICU for further observation and management .He was given supportive treatment and was no compliant of re bleeding .He was discharged on the 4th day of admission.

Coin swallowing can be extremely dangerous if not managed in time .So, patient was immediately taken care by our Lead Consultant - Dr Gursewak Singh and endoscopy under anesthesia was done, coin was removed with Roth net through endoscope. A 37 year old female patient presented with a report of CT Scan which revealed small lesion in the head of pancreas to further confirm the daignosis .
A 50 year old , female patient presented to the emergency department with severe pain on the right side of abdomen which was radiating to the back along with vomiting.
A 50 year old , female patient presented to the emergency department with severe pain on the right side of abdomen which was radiating to the back along with vomiting . She was advised ultrasound which reveals cholelithiasis (multiple stone in Gall bladder )along with choledihcolithiasis (calculus in CBD),7mm.She was recommended ERCP procedure ,which is a non-surgical procedure to remove calculus from CBD to relieve the pain and to mitigate further complications like pancreatitis .After required investigations she underwent ERCP procedure by chief consultant Dr. Gursewak Singh and stone was removed without any surgery She was kept under observation for few hours. The patient was totally satisfied and was discharged on the same day.

3 years old child presented with the history bleed per rectum from 1 month and mass coming out from rectum while passing stool .After giving anema he underwent sigmoidoscopy which revealed a polyp of 0.5 cm in rectum .After discussion with the attendents and Dr Gursewak performed polypectomy under short acting anesthesia ( as the patient was small ) .Polyp was removed without any complication and patient after keeping under observation for 2 hours patient was discharged on the same day.

Next morning his HB was decreased and was complaining bleed per mouth .Dr Gursewak immediately did his upper GI endoscopy which revealed diffused ulcerations throughout the esophagus .blood was oozing out from the ulcers.
looking at vulnerable condition of the patient Dr Gursewak preferred to use hemo spray to control the bleeding of the patients .immediately bleeding was stopped and patient was kept under observation and then was discharged successfully.
